The Fall of Man

In the lush Garden of Paradise, where peace reigned supreme, resided Adam. He lived in blissful unity with his Creator and the beautiful creatures that populated the earth. Yet, a shadow of curiosity was introduced within his heart by a cunning serpent, who whispered him forbidden power. Adam, tempted, fell prey to the sinful allure and ate from the Tree of Forbidden Fruit. His ignorance was lost, and with it, the balance of the Garden. Doomed, Adam and Eve endured the heavy consequences of their choice, forever altering the course of human history.

A Brother's Jealousy

It started innocent. John always was given the best toys first. He was always the chosen one, and little Tim felt neglected. As John matured, his achievements sparked a fire of jealousy in Tim's heart. Each success John had was a nail hammered into the coffin of Tim's self-esteem. He began to hate his brother, harboring feelings of bitterness and anger that grew.

The inaugural victim

The whispering wind pressed down upon the assembled throng. They stood in a semicircle, their countenances shadowed by the flickering torchlight. The sacrificial altar lay bare, awaiting its terrible purpose. A young maiden stood trembling, her tear-filled gaze fixed upon the flickering embers. Her fate was sealed, a terrible necessity to appease the benevolent spirits.

The Pact Between God and Cain

After the tragedy/sin/incident of Abel's murder/death/taking, Cain was cast out/exiled/banished from his home/community/ancestral land. In a shocking/unexpected/remarkable turn, God made a promise/covenant/agreement with Cain, assuring him of protection/safety/deliverance. This deal/compact/bond was meant to guide/warn/deter Cain from further evil/violence/destruction, and it served as a reminder/warning/premonition of the consequences/repercussions/punishments for his actions/deeds/crimes. God placed a mark/sign/symbol upon Cain, perhaps/possibly/maybe to identify him and warn/protect/separate others from him.

Expelled from Eden

The story of mankind's expulsion away from the Garden within Eden is a tale as old older than. Once, living, humans enjoyed perfect bliss with God and Trees nature. However, lured by a cunning serpent, they chose the forbidden fruit, violating God's command. Their choice to the fruit resulted in a change in their relationship with God and the world around them.

Our legacy includes pain. We are separated from divine love. And yet, within this fallen world, light shines through the darkness.

Marked by Murder

The victim was found early in the morning/afternoon/evening. Their body bore evidence of a savage struggle. The site displayed hints pointing towards a deliberate assault. The investigators, determined, examined every aspect hoping to unearth the name behind this horrific act.
